Return & Exchange Policy

At EUUU, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Return Window

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Return requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after inspection.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size-related issues, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose another available product of equal value or receive store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or special promotional events marked as non-returnable.

  • Gift cards and store credits.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Our team will review and approve the request.

  3. Once approved, return pickup instructions will be shared.

  4. After the product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated after the returned item passes our quality check.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item delivered by EUUU.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
